We believe that Scripture unequivocally declares that man and woman are created in God's image. It emphasizes the awe-inspiring uniqueness of everyone while emphasizing the intricate knitting together int he mother's womb. The Shepherd's Church is rooted int he conviction that Scripture asserts life begins at conception and endows all with the Creator's right to life and therefore deserves equal protection from conception. The Lord condemns actions leading to the termination of a child's life as a direct violation of God's command, "Thou shalt not murder."
